This was a new ownership PIP that transformed the Lobby and Breakfast Area.  New quartz and new millwork finishes highlighted this new impactful lobby.

Guestrooms were improved with new carpet, paint, upholstered seating, window treatments, custom artwork, loose lighting, and new 55” TV’s.  Corridors also received new wall vinyl, carpet, and base. As a college town, the schedule was critical to complete all 120-rooms in only 10 weeks before the football season started.

The exterior received a new paint scheme and new stone to create a more welcoming arrival for guests.
