Residence Inn by Marriott – A 7-year TRIP Scope

Renovation of rooms, corridors, and public areas.

Guest room renovation included installation of new soft seating and carpet. All walls were re-finished with wall vinyl and all entry doors were prepped and painted.

Guestroom baths were updated with new wall vinyl.

Corridors were also refreshed with new carpet, base, and wall vinyl.

New dining seating, upholstered seating, and decorative lighting updated the Lobby and Breakfast area along with new carpet and wall vinyl.
