Lobby – Sea Scheme

After remodeling the guest rooms for a new ownership PIP 2 years prior, INNSource was asked back to complete this comprehensive Lobby remodel.

The entry staircase to the second floor was completely removed and framed in with new walls that accommodated new built-in bench seating. The fireplace mantel was reconfigured and finished in new quartz and stone.

The existing front desk was kept in place but augmented with an ADA counter with waterfall quartz all at surfaces.  A fully lit and custom millwork slat wall detail was added behind the front desk.  Additional custom millwork finishes were added to the space to give an overall more inviting and lighter feel as guests enter the property.

All new tile flooring, wall & ceiling finish, and furniture completed the space.
