Will Hogan, a 1991 graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, brings extensive experience in every stage of hotel renovations. In the preconstruction phase, he leverages his knowledge of brand standards, interior design, FF&E, and construction knowledge to ensure that your hotel is brand & ADA compliant, but also operationally friendly. As a project manager, Will oversees full-scale renovations, from comprehensive exterior updates to complete interior transformations. Always aligned with client goals, he consistently adds value throughout the capital improvement process, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and on time.
John Alessi, a 1985 graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, brings decades of construction expertise to every project. Since joining the industry, he has held key roles across estimating, project management, scheduling, cost control, and executive management. John has a particular passion for preconstruction and estimating, adding significant value before clients commit major capital. He also holds multiple state and local contractor licenses across the country, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, compliantly, and to the highest standards.
