After working with the IHG Global Design team to create model rooms in order to develop the Candlewood Suites Refurbishment Guide, INNSource came back to this property for the full PIP. 

We completed this 83-room Renovation Scope in 8 only weeks…. 

New upper and lower kitchen cabinets, quartz tops, kitchen sink, tile back splash, new LVT kitchen flooring, guest room carpet, all new casegoods, soft seating, lighting, window treatments, new bathroom vanity and back lit mirror, with all walls and ceilings getting new paint. 

We are the ONLY IHG preferred contractor for Candlewood Suites.
