INNSource completed this Formula Blue Refresh 2.0 PIP in 2 phases.

All rooms were updated with new carpet & base, wall vinyl, casegoods, lighting, soft seating, and window treatments.  A Refreshment Center was added to all standard rooms.  Suites received a new millwork dry bar with quartz tops. Bathrooms were updated with new wall vinyl, a millwork vanity with quartz, and a backlit mirror.

Phase II was a dramatic modification to the Lobby, Great Room, and Breakfast area.  The buffet was completely re-configured with new walls and barn door access. The front desk was modified to create a brand-approved “Pod” look.  The Market and Business Center added millwork divider walls and updated millwork cabinetry and quartz.  We completed the renovation by painting the building for a freshened appearance.  Another turnkey project providing all brand approvals, interior design, stamped architectural drawings for permitting, FF&E procurement, all renovation services, and ADA assessment and certification.
