The Element Miami needed an F&B offering and asked INNSource to develop a custom solution.  We worked with Starwood to create the Salon at element.  We transformed a Meeting Room into a bistro with bar service and a food menu supported by a small kitchen that used to be a storage closet.  All finishes were custom and we even modified the exterior wall to allow the space to flow out onto the patio area. 

We worked with the Starwood brand to design this unique concept and new F&B brand standard. INNSource provided a TOTAL TURNKEY solution including all architectural, interior design, procurement, and all construction services. 

The meeting room was not designed to accommodate a bar or food prep area. We excavated seven feet below grade to locate and tie into existing drain lines. The City of Miami Dade required us to install a grease trap, multiple floor drains, and primed trap drain lines for the bar and food prep area.
