Mr. Hogan is a 1991 graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Applying this philosophy to the preconstruction phase of a typical renovation project, Will has brought his FF&E budget creation, procurement, vendor negotiation, expediting, and freight management skills to each and every project. As a project manager, Will has also successfully completed full scale renovation projects, including comprehensive exterior and interior upgrades. In sync with the clients’ goals, Will has added value to the delivery process in all aspects of property capital improvement projects.

Mr. Lawder is a 1979 graduate of Rockhurst University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

He has developed a proficiency in cost estimating/control, project scheduling, project management, quality control, project turnover/commissioning with total client satisfaction as his number one priority. He has managed multiple construction projects since joining the profession and managed numerous project managers, project engineers and field supervisory personnel throughout his career.

Mr. Alessi is a 1985 graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.

John joined the construction industry in 1985. His career path has allowed him to fill many meaningful roles in the construction project delivery process including estimating, project management, scheduling, cost accounting control and executive management. He has always been drawn to the preconstruction and estimating portion of the process where he adds real value to the process before the client has invested a significant amount of capital into the project John holds numerous state and local contractor licenses across the country.
